What do our patients think?

"All medical professionals have shown kindness and understanding. They have not rushed me through but given me time and at 93 being severely sight impaired, that's important. At my old surgery I felt isolated and a nuisance as it was difficult to get a home visit. I don't feel this at Caistor."

Always consistent. Very friendly staff, and I can get to talk to a doctor if I really need to.

The doctor I saw was very person centred and very polite

I was seen very soon after first registering and was pleased to find that a renewal prescription was ready and waiting for me.
